As a result, you feel that no matter what you do or how you are, you will never be good enough.


You may even be having a really hard time coping with life changes and transitions: a new relationship or one that is ending; a new job or one we did not get; your first child or the loss of a loved one. You are struggling with how you are supposed to react to these situations? What are you supposed to do? How are you supposed to feel? Who do you talk to?
